sumtot accepts deposits via various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sumtot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if sumtot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sumtot does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sumtot shall not be liable for any technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, network connectivity issues, payment processing delays, or software malfunctions. In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes, sumtot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sumtot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions, (b) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights, (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sumtot operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of sumtot services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and sumtot.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and sumtot regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
